El CORAL is a restaurant specialising in
seafood founded in 1954 by César
Gallego Pita, a leading professional
whose reputation and skill as a master
restaurateur is known far beyond the
city of La Coruña. 

His sons, Andrés and Martín Gallego Lodeiro,
shared their father’s vocation from an
early age, and several years ago took over
the running of the restaurant, applying the
skills and know-how
acquired from their father,
backed up by the invaluable
support of a team of
experienced professionals.
